Meadowsfoot is a private beach on the west side of the mouth of the river Erme but the estate allows access to the beach for bathing on Wednesdays and at the weekend. There is a large car park at Mothecombe and in the summer months a small cafe offers refreshments. The south west coastal path crosses the back of the beach above the high water line.
