Acrylic on Board - View at the Mayne Gallery, Kingsbridge

The Ham Stone that stands 200 yards off shore is a distinctive feature of Soar Mill Cove. A beautiful sandy beach provides safe bathing at all states of the tide and a small amount of beach still remains at the highest of high waters. Access to the cove is by a footpath that runs down the valley from the Soar Mill Cove Hotel and the Coastal Path dips down and bridges over a small brook at the back of the beach.
